Coronavirus Measures during in-home tutoring

Like many of you, we’ve been following the news of the coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic over the past few months. We’d like to reassure you by sharing some of the actions we’re taking in line with Public Health guidelines.

We’re communicating closely with our tutors and our students

We’re asking our tutors to let us know immediately if they have been exposed to the virus, feel unwell or have recently returned from an area of concern.

Likewise, if students feel unwell or have been exposed to the virus in the household or in school, please inform us or your tutor immediately.

If we feel there is a risk for either student or tutor we will immediately suspend the service until further notice.

Safeguarding measures for both tutors and students

  1. Wash or sanitize your hands thoroughly for at least 30 seconds before and after tutoring sessions.
  2. Wear a mask and observe strict social distancing rules at all times during tutoring sessions.
  3. When taking public transport, wear a mask and single use hygiene gloves.

We’ll continue to update our advice according to the latest government guidance.

Thank you for your cooperation!
